RIVER VALLEY RANCH REMODEL AND ADDITION

This ten year old home required a few more spaces to make it perfect for the new owners.  We connected the garage to the home with an enclosed passage way and guest room and added a third bay as a workshop.  A small guest room was enlarged to create a spacious and light filled playroom, the guest bathroom was remodeled to include a sauna, and we updated the kitchen.  Throughout the project, we maintained and improved upon the existing modern aesthetic.
