PATIO REMODEL

This west facing patio was small, uninviting, and lacked shelter.  The large west facing windows brought an extreme amount of sun light into the great room.  In this remodel, we created an expanded patio to accommodate an outdoor dining room and comfy seating area.  The new roof was designed to shade the harsh western sun from the windows while providing shelter to the outdoor eating area.  The couch seating can be positioned under the shelter of the roof or pulled out into a sunny spot depending on the weather.  The home was repainted with an updated color palette.
