This home is situated on a fantastic property, with a great room overlooking the Roaring Fork River, but the layout of the lower level bedroom spaces was all wrong and there was no master suite.  A new upper level addition was built over the living room to house a master suite and office. This bedroom, with large doors to a new deck, enjoys the views and sounds of both the river and the mountains.  The new stair was custom designed to be open and permit light through to the living room. The basement was completely remodeled to incorporate a family room as well as 2 child suites.

The exterior of the home received a complete face lift with a modern entry, cement board siding, metal and painted siding, and an expanded kitchen deck with spiral stair to grade.
